Q: How long does it take my Smoothie Cap to arrive?

A: Smoothie cap will arrive within 3-4 business days after you purchase. It is shipped same day. Cut off time for shipments is 5:00PM EST

Q: Does Smoothie Cap 100% silk wig cap come in different colors?

A: Smoothie Cap is available in black and cream. 

Q: The color I desire is sold out. Will it be back in stock?

A: Smoothie Cap is a very in demand product. If the color you desire is sold out, we suggest purchasing the color(s) that are in stock. You may sign up to our mailing list to be notified when the color you desire is back in stock and also of our new products.

Q: How do I place my Smoothie Cap product on?

A: If you are referring to our 100% silk wig cap, you'd place it on as you would any other wig cap. Then, put your wig on and secure your wig with its combs and/or straps.
